Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our Customer Support team within 7 days of receiving your device to report the issue and provide your order details.
- 2.Documentation and Photos
Submit clear photos or videos of the device focusing on the reported defect, ensuring the IMEI or Serial Number is visible for verification.
- 3.Secure Packaging
Once approved for return, pack the device securely in its original packaging along with all included accessories and the invoice.
- 4.Inspection and Resolution
Our technical team will inspect the device upon receipt; once the defect is confirmed, we will process your replacement or refund within 7-10 business days.
