What are the different cosmetic grades available?
We offer devices in various cosmetic conditions: 'Excellent' for units that look almost new, 'Good' for minor scratches, and 'Fair' for visible signs of use. Regardless of the grade, all devices are fully functional.
Do the devices come with a warranty?
Every purchase comes with a free 1-month warranty. For extra peace of mind, you can opt to extend this warranty up to 6 or 12 months during the checkout process to cover hardware defects.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a wide range of payment options including Credit/Debit Cards, GCash, Maya, GrabPay, and various installment plans through partners like BillEase and Akulaku.
